The hotel has a great atmosphere and the front desk staff were always really friendly. However, the water pressure issues on the 25th floor were frustrating, and it took a while to resolve my rate confusion. The fantastic club room and consistent cleanliness helped balance the drawbacks but overall the experience was marred by these significant inconveniences.
